Discount Tire

Needed 2 new front tires; used the website to research, order the new tires & make an appt for 8am on a Tuesday. Was met at my car by the service manager who checked all 4 of my tires and answered all my questions with a friendly manner. The wifi worked great while I waited. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Will totally be returning to have my tires rotated & balanced & will bring my other vehicles here, too. Excellent service!

I had a great experience at Discount Tire. I had a tire that was losing air because of a puncture, and I wasn’t sure if it could be repaired. The staff inspected it and explained everything clearly. They were able to repair the tire and got me back on the road quickly. Everyone was friendly, professional, and honest. I really appreciate that they didn’t try to sell me a new tire when the existing one could be safely repaired. Great customer service and a very smooth experience. I’ll definitely come back here for my future tire needs!

Order my tires and scheduled the appointment online. It was very helpful and easy to use. They kept me up to date with the delivery. Once I arrived they were ready for me and it was quick and easy! Thanks to Tyler for the great service! Would recommend to anyone!

Quick service - incredible customer service - quality tires Kade was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful as he helped me with my tires this afternoon! My arrival 5 minutes before closing did not hinder him from having the team patch my tire for free. He also shared the options I had for tire replacement, which is something I had been aware I needed to invest in soon. After outlining all the options they had in stock and thoroughly explaining the differences, I made my selection. Instead of having me come in another day, they stayed later to install them for me. I’m very thankful for the recommendation to visit Discount Tires and will highly encourage this business to those in need of tires or tire maintenance!

Great customer service, good communication through new tire install. Online purchase and appointment set up was a breeze. Only complaint is all 4 tires had a different air pressure when I left. Only one had the correct pressure and one was over by 20 psi. It's a small thing but such an easy detail to get correct.
